I first found out about Madness Combat through my hyperfixation on Friday Night Funkin' along with many other newgrounds related series. Not only because Hank is planned to be in the full game but also cause of the very popular Tricky mod. I decided to give Madness Combat a shot. While I liked it when I first watched it very soon a hyperfixtion formed for me with the series. At a certain point I dealt with a personal event that really shook me up mentally and emotionally. in response to the event, I made my Madcom Oc Ace. I put him through something like what I had went through and it helped me cope from that situation. I would write how the main group of Hank, Deimos, Sanford, and 2bDamned would become a support system for Ace after and even them all in a polycule. Writing about Ace slowly recovering helped me recover and cope from what I went through along with understanding more about myself. Madness Combat then Became a big comfort for me in general. I started writing and thinking up scenarios of my sona with The Sheriff and that also was a big comfort for me. It has been almost a year since I first got into my Madness special interest, and it has been the longest I've had a special interest like this in a while. I met so many amazing people and have had people feel attached to the characters I have made, Including Ace.
